This Lindy USB 3.2 Gen 1 HDBaseT Extender can be used to extend the distance between USB peripheral devices and 2 host computers by up to 100m. Supports multiple USB signals, control, bulk, interrupt and isochronous data transfer.
A standard Cat.6A or above network cable* (not included) is used to bridge the connection between the transmitter and the receiver unit at the maximum supported distance of 100m (328.08ft). It's also possible to reach up to 40m using a Cat.6 cable.
The Extender features Power over Cable, which requires a single power supply only to be connected either to the transmitter unit or to the receiver unit. The Transmitter has 2 switchable host ports, one Type C and one Type B, with additional local device ports; 4 ports on the Receiver can provide 5V power as well to the connected devices: 2 Type A ports support up to 1.5A each, 1 Type A and 1 Type C ports support up to 1A each.
Status LEDs help the user to check power, link between Transmitter and Receiver and if data transfer is running while additional RS232 and FSYNC GPIO pass-though ports allow sending bi-directional commands also for industrial cameras. It's also possible to control the extender via API commands.
With robust metal housing and mounting brackets, this Extender is the ideal solution for professional applications and industrial environments.
In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.
*: To cover long distances close to the 100m limit, we recommend using HDBaseT-certified Cat.6A (or above) cables.
This extender is certified by HDBaseT Alliance.
HDBaseT is a globally recognised standard for high quality distribution of AV content and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances via low cost Cat.6 or above cable.
HDBaseT Trade Mark and the HDBaseT Alliance logo are trademarks of the HDBaseT Alliance. Using a different cable type, introducing wall plates, couplers or patch panels will result in a reduction of possible distances.

The POT system, one master & one slave units, provide a long-reach Ethernet extension with remote Powerover-Ethernet (PoE) capability over a 2-wire line. Connection with a Class 0 PD device, the distance of two-wire 24AWG cables can be up to 400 meters when using a 48Watt high power PoE Switch, FSW-0513/0543. Users may select a fixed data rate for different copper line ranging. The maximum data rate can be up to 60 Mbps full duplex for 2-wire line.
The POT master unit is powered by the local PoE Ethernet network, and transmits both the data and power to the remote slave unit over 2-wire cable. The remote unit regenerates the power and provides the PoE capability to power up the remote PD device up to 15 watts when connecting to 48Watt High Power Switch, FSW-0513. The POT M/S supports the indoor & outdoor models with wall-mount feature. Equipped with dip switches, the 2-wire line speed can be configured to meet different line gauges and distances. A POT pair offers a cost effective solution for remote power applications such as LAN-to-LAN connectivity, Video Streaming, FTTB, and MDU/MTU over single twisted line. - Two-wire cables are used to connect 100Mbps Fast Ethernet PoE devices - Maximum distance up to 400 meters for 24 AWG cable - Maximum data rate up to 60 Mbps full duplex - Remote PoE capability for PD devices of WiFi AP, IP camera, IP telephones - Up to 15 Watts for remote PoE, Depending on PSE power - Easy installation by indoor & outdoor different models - Dip Switches for 2-wire line rate settings - Auto MDIX for 10/100 Base T Ethernet LAN Ports - Low-Latency for Video/Voice/Data applications |
